Today I’ll be reviewing one of the Ere Perez products that I purchased recently- the Pure Rice Powder Bronzer in Bronze Tones. Out of all of the products I purchased from Ere Perez, this is probably my favourite product (along with the lipstick which I’ll be reviewing next). There aren’t too many reviews out there about this product so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I’ve been using it all week so I feel well equipped to write a review.
This is marketed as an all-in-one powder and can be used in a variety of ways; blusher, bronzer, foundation, highlighter, eye shadow etc. It’s also cruelty free, fragrance free and vegan.
Review: The pigmentation is wonderful. You only need a tiny amount to bronze up the skin, which means that the product will last quite awhile. I must admit that when I first opened the bronzer, it looked incredibly dark and I immediately thought it would be too dark for my fair to medium skintone. I took my brush and coated it lightly in bronzer. I then swept it over my cheekbones, nose and jawline. It gave my skin a golden/warm tinge and really helped to warm my skin up. I think the trick is to apply it lightly and build it up if you have fair skin. If your skin is medium to dark, you could afford to apply it with a heavier hand.
There are two shades included; one light and one dark. The lighter shade is meant to be used when your skin is a bit paler (Winter shade), and the darker one for when the skin is tan (Summer shade). This is a really great idea as the skin changes through the seasons and it makes sense to have two varying shades.

In terms of colour, it’s definitely a warm-based bronzer. It does not contain any shimmer or glitter; it gives the skin more of a sheen/healthy glow. As mentioned above, it’s quite pigmented so it’s best to apply it lightly and then build up to your desired shade. It comes in a powder form, yet the texture is incredibly creamy and soft.
I apply this bronzer each morning and I find that it lasts the whole day without needing to touch up. I normally apply this on my cheekbones, forehead, nose and around my jawline. Because it’s not shimmery, it looks very natural on the skin.
I also love the packaging. It’s housed in a sturdy white compact and also includes a little mirror inside the lid. It’s the perfect size for everyday and for travel as it doesn’t take up too much space.
I’ll be reviewing the Real Rosehip Lipbar in Nude next, so stay tuned for that!
