Funny story: I had no idea who Tanya Burr was when I received this palette. I only started getting into YouTube recently and it was only until I’d received her book last month that I learnt how big of a star she was. She’s an amazing makeup artist, has her own makeup range and seems really sweet!

The bronzer is called Beach Bronze, which is a deep brown shade with very fine shimmer throughout. This can either be used as a bronzer or to contour.
The blusher is called Pretty Peony and it’s a peachy pink colour with very fine shimmer throughout.
The highlighter is called Oyster Shell and it’s a very soft champagne/gold shade with very fine shimmer throughout.
Some swatches, from left: Beach Bronze, Pretty Peony and Oyster Shell. I’ve applied the Beach Bronze quite heavily, as it didn’t show up on my skin easily.
My review: I really like this palette. I feel like the shades are just right and will suit almost any complexion, from fair skinned to darker tones. The beauty of this palette is that the shades can be built up according to the wearer’s skin tone.
As for the pigmentation, it is quite good. I found the bronzer to be slightly chalky, whereas the blusher and highlighter are more creamy. All of the shades blend seamlessly into the skin, especially the blusher and highlighter.
Out of the shades, I prefer the blusher and the highlighter, just because they suit my skin tone and show up well. The highlighter can also be used as eyeshadow, and to highlight the brow bone. I do like the bronzer however it looks slightly terracotta on my skin and I’m not sure if it suits my skin tone that well. I think it’s slightly too warm on me; I prefer a gold based bronzer. Nonetheless, I think it’s a great palette and it’s definitely handy having three everyday products in one little palette. I’m also a fan of the cute packaging; it’s pink and sparky, and while it’s probably more suited towards younger girls, I love it : ). It also contains a large mirror, which is handy for touch ups.
Have you tried this palette? What did you think?
