If you’ve been following this blog for awhile you’ll know that I’ve purchased and used quite a few Arbonne products over the last couple of years. This is because a friend of mine hosts Arbonne parties so I’ve racked up quite a few over the last year or so. This has allowed me to try out many of their skincare, makeup and body products, and while I haven’t loved every item I’ve bought, I definitely think Arbonne is a high quality brand.
I recently attended another Arbonne party and because I joined up as a Preferred Client I was able to receive a discount and a free product. Here’s what I ordered:
Arbonne Intelligence Genius Nightly Resurfacing Pads and Solution. This is a product that my mum uses and swears by. I believe her because she is not into skincare or makeup at all and rarely wears anything on her face. You use one pad per night, wiping it over a clean, dry face. It claims to brighten the skin and improve the overall appearance. My mum has always had good skin, and has received many compliments since using these. I’m looking forward to trying these out.
Perfecting Liquid Foundation SPF15 in the shade Honey Beige. This is my third tube of this foundation and it is honestly my favourite foundation ever. It is lightweight, suits my skin tone perfectly and provides great coverage. I have almost finished my old bottle and to be honest, I was planning to purchase another brand of foundation, just because I love trying new products out. However, I know this foundation is perfect for my skin so there’s no reason to stop using it. I wear this everyday for work and I like to apply it with my Arbonne foundation brush.
Arbonne Cosmetics Brush Set. This is a travel makeup case that houses six brushes. I thought it would be perfect for travel and specifically bought it for this reason. One side of the pouch holds the brushes and the other side has a zipped compartment for makeup. It’s a great size and wouldn’t take up too much space in my luggage. The pouch is made from eco friendly material and the brushes themselves are incredibly soft and silky, yet quite dense. I already have the Arbonne brush roll set that I purchased a few years ago, and while I use them most days, I think these new brushes are of a higher quality.
RE9 Advanced Extra Moisture Restorative Day Creme SPF 15. This was a gift with purchase as I’d spent over a certain amount. Lately my skin has been quite dry and feeling tight after cleansing. This day creme promises to add extra moisture into the skin to keep it looking young and radiant. I use the cleanser from the RE9 range and it’s really helped to keep my skin clear and bright so I’m looking forward to using this product.
After such a big haul, I’ve made the decision to not purchase unnecessary beauty products for the rest of the year (besides the everyday staples). I really want to use up all the products in my bathroom cabinet, as I’m trying to downsize my collection and keep things simple and basic.
