Hello and welcome to Blogmas 2018! I’ve decided to take part in Blogmas again this year as I enjoyed it so much in 2017. So it’s day 2 and already I’m behind, eeek! I had a good excuse as I was away over the weekend so better late than never I say. Day 1 and 2 will focus on inspiration for my Christmas Tree. I normally stick to the same theme each year however this time I’ve decided to up the ante and have a completely different theme. So many budget stores such as Kmart and Target have great Christmas trees and decorations at affordable prices so it makes the process a lot easier! While I plan to purchase a new Christmas tree and matching decorations, I will also incorporate existing decorations as I am a big believer in working with what you currently own. Not only does this eliminate waste, it also allows you to get creative and use your imagination, which is I think is the best part of Christmas 🙂

I spent some time researching and googling Christmas Tree ideas and here’s what I am loving. I am really loving the Aspen style, snow-tipped Christmas tree look this year and plan to make that my main theme (along with homemade gingerbread cookies and cosy cups of hot chocolate!):

Stay tuned for Blogmas Day 3 where I’ll be sharing gift guides!

Will you be taking part in Blogmas this year?
