Blogmas Day 11: Christmas Day platter ideas

Welcome to Day 11…eeek.

There’s not many days left now til Christmas; the days are whizzing by so fast!

Today’s post will be all about platter ideas for Christmas Day. I am a huge fan of creating grazing platters for parties and after exploring Pinterest I’ve found so many great ideas. Not only are there cheese platters, there’s also fruit and cookie ones too! I’ve put together some platter inspirations for you, and I hope you enjoy and are inspired!

Cheese Platters

Cheese platters are so fun and simple to put together. The clashing colours of the cheeses, cold cuts, olives, dips and vegetables truly make it a visual delight! p.s. I put together the bottom right one!

Fruit Platters

Fruit platters always look so visually appealing due to all of the bright colours! It’s also looks super cute cutting the fruit into unusual shapes and designs. Adding lollies and chocolates to the platter takes it to the next level!

Cookie Platters

It seems like cookie platters are the newest trend and I am all for it! Honestly, who could resist a beautiful array of delicious biscuits and sweets…not me that’s for sure. It’s also a lovely gift idea for the person hosting Christmas and will sure to be a hit with kids and adults alike!

Just look how cute these snowman cookies are!

I am really tempted to create one of these cookie platters for myself this weekend. It will be the perfect accompaniment with a cup of hot chocolate and a cheesy Christmas film!

Are you putting together a platter this Christmas?
